Definitely had something to do with the hardware and not only HDD because boot disks did nothing. I let it run. I would stick to the version within windows update for now (windows 10) You don't necessarily have to do a system restore however: 1. It keeps restarting and when it gets to windows it almost loads the screen but it's dark and faded and then it just restarts again.
