Did you try hooking it up with an amp and passive speakers? The speakers produce sound when they are tested in Control Panel/Sound/Manage Audio Devices/Configure, but the applications do not seem to use them. The problem was due to the configuration of the "Line In recording device" in Sound properties. It may be a bit difficult but I'm sure someone as audio savvy as yourself will be able to fix it. Left and Right Tests In the grand scale of things, getting your left and right speakers mixed up is not a major problem. But if i take those speakers and wire it to one of the other terminals they work perfectly. I'm talking factory output here, no big power. But Windows does not allow me to use the onboard sound card in stereo setup.

It definitely could be an electrical interference problem. Any suggestions?
