It caused all sorts of problems. Several functions may not work. Creating your account only takes a few minutes. I don't know if that makes any difference or not.

It should be as follows: "C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client\wfica32.exe" "%1" I'm wondering if perhaps your problem clients associations are set to wfcrun32.exe instead. Among other things, these compatibility scripts tried to deal with the fact that old applications could not cope with paths in their stored configuration, they needed a single drive letter. It's not always the same server having this problem.
