Citrix recommend us to install MS KB2465772. In the System event log of the server on which the user is logging on the following errors are shown: Source: Service Control Manager Date: 27-4-2012 7:28:01Event ID: 7011 Task Category: We can login as "local" administrator to the machines - but NOT domain users. After Citrix analyzed dump file they found some MS file also have problem.
