This event is logged each time the hotspot connection is started and stopped. This happens when I am using hotspot, then I reboot the machine (which stops ICS service), and then upon again starting of hotspot, this event id can be seen. Further, eventhoughthis event is raised, stillthe hotspot created by my application works correctly and I have tested it for multiple device connectivity and atleast 30 minutes of continous internet usage.
